Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the shop, perform basic repairs, and report external repairs needed
• Inspect equipment, perform checklists, and assist in inventory counts
• Organize outdoor areas, handle snow removal, and maintain general upkeep
• Load and unload trailers and ensure equipment safety
• Maintain and clean equipment, transport materials using a company vehicle
• Follow safety protocols, suggest process improvements, and participate in audits
• Occasionally work weekends or evenings for urgent tasks

Requirements:

• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
