• Engage and motivate the team to enhance communication and retention
• Maintain efficient workflow and dock management during the loading process
• Utilize computer technology and Warehouse Management System for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2-year Associate?s Degree in a related field
• Prior experience in warehouse operations
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing 50-165 pounds
• Capability to bend, lift, and twist repetitively while handling warehouse tasks
• Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, walkie-riders, and pallet jacks
