Job Details:

This direct-hire opportunity offers competitive compensation starting at $30.00 per hour. As a Boiler Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of boilers, refrigeration systems, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Serve on the Emergency Response Team for managing chemical leaks and spills.
• Communicate with equipment manufacturers for troubleshooting and part sourcing.
• Operate and maintain boilers, refrigeration systems, pumps, compressors, and condensers.
• Ensure all utility systems comply with OSHA and safety standards.
• Execute preventive maintenance following approved plans in SAP.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial utility systems maintenance, preferably in food processing.
• Minnesota Boiler License Class 1B or higher preferred.
• Boiler, HVAC, and HAZMAT training required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) for safety instructions.
• Able to read and interpret safety documents and operating instructions.
