Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Boiler Operator / Maintenance Technician to join our Operations/Engineering team in Temecula, California. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting maintenance and production operations.

Job Details:

The Boiler Operator / Maintenance Technician will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining boiler systems, as well as supporting utilities, building security, and workplace efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Operate heating and process steam systems.
• Manage water chemistry for boiler feedwater and cooling tower systems.
• Perform repairs on process equipment, building structures, and exterior equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of utilities, such as refrigeration, steam, water, and compressed gas systems.
• Maintain a secure and safe environment, including air quality testing and equipment installations.
• Support custodial personnel to ensure facility cleanliness.
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance procedures and tasks documentation.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of a 2nd Class ?B? Boiler Engineer?s License.
• 3?5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in production equipment, HVAC systems, and mechanical repair.
• Willingness to become forklift certified and wear necessary PPE.
• Team-oriented with excellent time management and safety prioritization skills.
