Job Details:

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce horseshoes. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for following safety procedures, conducting quality control checks, and recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for horseshoe production
• Perform quality control checks on manufactured parts
• Recommend process improvements and changes
• Prepare raw materials for the manufacturing process
• Train and coach other machinists

Requirements:

• Training and/or certification in CNC machine operation
• 3+ years of CNC experience with setup skills
• Knowledge of standard inspection tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and blueprint interpretation
