We are seeking a dedicated School Cover Supervisor to support the teaching staff in maintaining a positive learning environment at a school in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. This role involves overseeing students in the absence of regular teachers and ensuring a smooth continuation of educational activities.

The School Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising students, managing classroom behavior, and delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the teaching staff. This role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to handling various classroom situations.

• Supervise students in classrooms and during break times.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Follow and implement lesson plans left by teachers.
• Manage student behavior and resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate school staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
