Job Details:

Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room, train staff on workflow and sanitation procedures, enter batch information, mix ingredients, unload frozen meat pallets, clean equipment, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the meat room
• Train staff on workflow and sanitation procedures
• Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory
• Mix ingredients and grind meat
• Unload frozen meat pallets using a forklift
• Clean equipment to sanitation standards
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely processing

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong team player
