Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and machine shop management.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, CNC machinery, Lean principles, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in equipment design, CNC machines, and relevant software.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
