Job Details:

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment in the facility, in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and plan new equipment installations and building projects
• Promote and monitor safety programs
• Maintain an inventory of critical machine parts
• Develop and oversee plant preventive maintenance plan
• Manage labor and cost control reports for the department

Requirements:

• Experience with PLCs, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems
• Ability to develop and execute capital projects
• Knowledge of safety standards, HACCP, and GMPs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays
