This role involves overseeing the maintenance of plant processes in a designated area and ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and productivity are maintained. You will work on 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment efficiently
• Minimize change over times and improve processes
• Keep records up to date and perform required tests
• Manage spare parts inventory and notify for replenishment
• Maintain sanitation records and chemical inventory

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3+ years of maintenance experience in production
• Strong mechanical background in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Familiar with safety requirements in production operations
