Job Details:

As a Maintenance and Reliability Tech, you will be responsible for performing priority repairs, maintenance tasks, and general carpentry work to ensure the smooth operation of the production facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• Complete scheduled projects to company's quality standards
• Work collaboratively with production staff to maximize productivity
• Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms
• Provide service and labor for farm group

• Experience with torch welders, grinders, and power hand tools
• Skilled in electrical systems and welding applications
