Job Details:

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a maintenance crew, ensure production support, and conduct preventative maintenance tasks. This role involves installing new equipment, troubleshooting, and addressing operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporate safety and health practices in all tasks
• Supervise maintenance crew and provide production support
• Create work orders and conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating, replacing components, and inspections
• Install new equipment and troubleshoot problems
• Address operational issues to minimize impact on production
• Collaborate with all departments for a coordinated work relationship
• Maintain accurate records including timecards and downtime records

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent education and training
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and write reports
• Effective communication skills
• Basic mechanical experience including fabrication, welding, and knowledge of safety regulations
