Job Details:

We are looking for candidates to fulfill Bait Packager roles, where you will be responsible for distributing work assignments, operating packaging equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring efficient packaging line operations.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute work assignments to assembler/packagers
• Perform setup operations
• Tend to packaging equipment for continuous operation
• Make routine machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot first-level issues and perform maintenance
• Assist with tooling changeovers
• Ensure materials availability and change film labels as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ months of related experience
• Ability to perform calculations using weight measurements
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
