Job Details:

As a Bait Packager, you will be responsible for distributing work assignments, setting up operations, and ensuring packaging equipment runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute work assignments to assembler/packagers
• Perform setup operations
• Tend to the packaging equipment for continuous operation
• Make routine machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot first level issues and performs first level maintenance
• Assist with tooling changeovers
• Ensure designated packaging line operates efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ months of related experience
• Ability to perform calculations using weight measurements
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
