Job Details:

We are looking for motivated individuals for Painter roles on the weekend shift. As a Painter, you will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, inspecting parts, loading and unloading paint supplies, and ensuring quality assurance checks.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand project specifications
• Inspect parts for final prep
• Load and unload paint and paint supplies
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the process
• Check that the paint color is within the specifications
• Verify conformance of finish tolerances
• Monitor paint and supply inventories

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in industrial or auto body painting preferred
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices
• Comfortable using a respiratory; selected individual(s) will need to successfully complete fit testing requirements
• Ability to properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines
