Job Details:

As the Production Lead, you will supervise a small assembly team during the day shift from 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Earn a starting wage of $20-$23 per hour in Redondo Beach, California.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate tasks and directives to supervisors and operators.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and manage rejected products.
• Adjust equipment to optimize production.
• Record and maintain accurate production data.
• Delegate tasks to production staff for efficiency.
• Work alongside the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Palletize and wrap finished products for shipping or storage.
• Train and assist new employees for a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds.
