Job Details:

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where precision, excellence, and continuous improvement are highly valued. The Production Lead will oversee operations to ensure high-quality products and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a team of assemblers
• Coordinate assembly tasks and ensure accurate production
• Promote a Continuous Improvement culture
• Support cross-training initiatives
• Monitor work-in-progress and material transactions
• Address quality issues and maintain product integrity
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of tools

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Previous experience in warehousing or manufacturing
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills
