Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and motivate the manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery goals are met consistently. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in setting and achieving company targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Set and achieve quarterly company targets.
• Oversee operations, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
• Conduct training to optimize cycle time, reduce defects, and meet delivery goals.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate work orders and proper packaging.
• Monitor and reduce scrap and rework, ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in plastics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and create work instructions, perform basic math, and use tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
