• Cooperate with all departments regarding updates and hand-offs between shifts.
• Responsible for product usage.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records (i.e. timecards, downtime records, absentee records, etc.).
• Enforce company policies in a fair and consistent manner.
• Encourage suggestions from employees that will improve production.
• Conduct regular communication and lead monthly department meetings.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food industry.
• Experience managing a diverse, multicultural department.
• Skilled in delivering clear and effective communication to groups, customers, vendors, and employees.
• Proficient in math operations, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
• Ability to speak and read in English.
