We are seeking a Program Aide to join our team at the Senior Services Frank Bailey Sr Center in Urban Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Program Aide, you will assist in organizing and implementing activities for senior citizens, fostering a sense of community and well-being.

The Program Aide role involves supporting the Senior Services program by coordinating events, helping with daily operations, and engaging with participants to ensure a positive experience at the center.

• Assist in planning and executing recreational activities for seniors.
• Provide support during meal times and social gatherings.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the center.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in working with seniors.
• Offer assistance to seniors with mobility or other needs as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
