• Perform inspections and tasks using sheet metal machines
• Report and help resolve issues as they arise
• Lead team in safety practices and adherence to procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree/certificate or 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using calipers
• Experience with press brake and sheet metal fabrication
