Job Details:

The Work Wellness Coach will be responsible for providing personalized coaching and guidance to employees, conducting wellness assessments, developing tailored wellness plans, and organizing wellness programs within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to employees on various wellness topics.
• Conduct health and wellness assessments to identify employee needs.
• Create customized wellness plans based on individual goals and preferences.
